H.E. Henri Etoundi Essomba is a Senior Diplomat. He was appointed Ambassador of The Republic Of Cameroon To The United States Of America On April 11, 2016. He has Presented His Letters Of Credentials to President Obama On June 27, 2016. He was appointed Ambassador of The Republic Of Cameroon To Israel Where He Also Served As The Dean Of The Diplomatic Corps. Has served in different positions at the Ministry Of External Relations and other diplomatic and consular missions of The Republic of Cameroon abroad, such as, Desk Officer of North America Affairs, Ministry Of Externational Relations, First Secretary And Consul, Embassy Of Cameroon In Paris (France), and Counselor And Charged’ Affaires A.I., Embassy Of Cameroon In Tel Aviv (Israel). He is married with four children and is fluent in English and French.
