H.E. Maria de Jesus dos Reis Ferreira is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Angola to the United Nations since 22 May, 2018.

Before coming to New York, she served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Slovakia, as well as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Angola to the Office of the United Nations in Vienna.
