Mrs. Mirgul Moldoisaeva is Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United Nations since February 24, 2016.
A member of the Senior Foreign Service, Mrs. Moldoisaeva has over 10 years of policy accomplishment across a wide variety of assignments, including her most recent position as the Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2014 to 2016.
Prior to that, she served as Expert, Chief of the Situational and Analytical unit of the Foreign Policy Department of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2011 to 2014.
Early assignments include positions of Desk Officer for foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and relations with the Western countries and the United Nations in the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Agency on Development, Investment and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2005 to 2011.
Mrs. Moldoisaeva received her bachelor’s degree from the International University of Kyrgyzstan (International Law, 2000) and she also holds master’s degrees from the Kyrgyz State National University (Civil Law, 2003).
